Government investigates fraudulently run companies - O'Neill Property Edinburgh


It seems that O'Neill Property Edinburgh are having important problems due to unpaid taxes with the government

I am pleasantly surprised about the news. I hope this case be an example for other companies that do not take care of their customers.


Here you read the official announcement  to close down the business:

On 4 December 2013, a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court inter alia to order that O’neill Limited, c/o Sayer Burnett, 43-45 Circus Lane, Edinburgh, EH3 6SU (registered office) be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator.

All parties claiming an interest must lodge Answers with Edinburgh Sheriff Court, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh within 8 days of intimation, service and advertisement.
